Clinic Services

We provide all primary care health care services. This encompasses a wide range of issues and illnesses. Essentially, we diagnose and treat all illnesses and conditions not requiring a specialty provider. When a specialist is needed, we will make a referral and work with the patient to access the necessary treatment. We work closely with specialists who are treating Carlisle patients.

Medicare Annual Wellness Exam

Medicare created an annual wellness exam to encourage patients to have this “checkup” even when they feel just fine. The wellness exams are spaced 12 months apart, but the benefits of this exam are important. Your provider reviews your overall health and answers any questions They can order additional testing if needed and review your current medications.

Convenient In-House Testing

No need to go out for blood draws and other tests. The My Care Clinic facility provides on-site blood draw, testing for Covid, Flu, Glucose and INR. We also perform EKGs and Spirometer Testing.
